5 Ingredients or Less - Oven Baked Vegetable Side Dish Recipes

As a busy mother and wife, I often look for recipes that are easy to prepare and take 5 ingredients or less to make for my family. Over the years, I have collected the following recipes from various family members. The following vegetable side dishes are a hit with my children and the adults in my family. Some of them can be made up a day or two ahead of time and then just reheated in the microwave. You can season any of them with salt and black pepper if desired. Note: I prefer baking in glass casserole dishes, however, you can use whatever baking pans that you like to use. If you are worried about sticking, you can lightly spray your baking dish with nonstick vegetable spray.
