One thing I really appreciated about Bev CollinsтЂ™ move was her lessons on making pizza dough. There is a lot to know about pizza dough; could there ever be enough? The dough is the heart of a pizza (in my humble opinion), and I believe Bev did a great job in her video explaining it. As you can imagine, a video really helps illustrate exactly how to execute certain things; dough tossing and dough kneading to name a few.
