Five Great Tips For Perfect Food Steaming

I love to cook and enjoy eating. Most people thought steamed food is not tasty and boring, but I like to steam my food and you will be surprise that I do not have any cooking oils in my kitchen. The specialty of steaming is refreshing, smokeless ( easy to clean your kitchen) and the most important part is the original taste of food will be preserved. Steaming is the most healtiest way to enjoy your food. Steaming i a cooking process without deep fry or stir fry and does not require oil. Thus the ingredients to steam must be fresh. Besides that, the original sweetness of the steamed food is preserved because the food does not come in contact with large amount of water. There are 4 basic ways of steaming ie: pure steaming,coated steaming, dry steaming and cook steaming. Pure steaming - This is the simplest way of steaming. Marinate the raw ingredients with seasonings and transfer into the wok and steam. Coat steaming - Cut the raw ingredients into small pieces and coat with special flour (corn flour) and transfer into the wok and steam. Dry steaming - Blanch the raw ingredients with boiling water and remove it from the boiling water. Drain the water and add seasonings. Ingredients (with a plate) then transferred into wok and covered with a clean cloth and steam. Cook Steaming - Cook the raw ingredients until soft or mashed and transfer into wok and steam. Now, let see the five simple tips of food steaming - 1. Place the ingredients into the wok only when the water starts boiling. 2.Maintain enough water for steaming, preferably keep the water one inch below the steaming pan. 3. Switch to lower heat when the water starts boiling in order to maintain the steam inside the wok. 4. Avoid droplets of water from dripping on to the foods when lifting up the lid. 5.Do not lift the lid once switch off the heat in order to allow the remaining heat to steam the ingredients briefly.

Hello Again, In acknowledgment of your favourable response to my previous humorous/pointless ramblings about my love of chocolate and the passion displayed by other chocolate worshippers, I have decided to give you another offering.
